This banana berry oat smoothie is a great one to add to your breakfast routine as it is low in calories but still feels satisfying and indulgent. It’s really quick and easy to make so handy for those mornings when time is pressing. I serve mine with a spoon rather than a straw as it’s pretty thick so it’s useful for getting the last bits from the bottom of the glass. Puts me in the mood for summer too!

Ingredients
- 50 g banana (about 1/2)
- 40 g frozen blueberries (or other frozen berries)
- 15 g rolled oat flakes
- 40 g thick Greek yogurt (I used Fage)
- 90 g semi skimmed milk
