  • 50 g banana (about 1/2)
  • 40 g frozen blueberries (or other frozen berries)
  • 15 g rolled oat flakes
  • 40 g thick Greek yogurt (I used Fage)
  • 90 g semi skimmed milk
  1. Put all the ingredients into a stick blender & process till smooth

  2. Serve immediately

If you use fresh fruit, add some ice to chill your smoothie
